New benefit! You now get 12 free parking coupons you can use throughout your membership year!

FOR NEW VIPs: The free parking vouchers will be mailed to you along with your VIP membership card. If you wish to pick these up at the box office instead, please email the box office at boxoffice@musicboxcle.com to let them know.

FOR RENEWED VIPs: Your membership card will remain the same. To receive your free parking vouchers, you will need to pick them up at the box office.

Member Pre-Sale!

48-hour advance notice to purchase tickets before the public on-sale. Includes early access to pick-your-seat for all shows in our Concert Hall so you always get your favorite seats!

No Fees!

Huge savings on your ticket purchases — VIP members don’t pay any service fees in our online ticketing software or by phone. Non-members pay a 20% Service Fee when purchasing online, and $5 per order when purchasing by phone. (Limit 6 tickets per concert).

Free Tickets to a long list of shows!

Two free tickets for you and a guest for all concerts priced $12 and under, based on availability. Can only be redeemed and utilized by the member themselves. Please fill out this form to request free member tickets.

Special Invitations to Member-Only Events!

We host at least three ‘invitation only’ events per year, and provide free food & drinks to VIPs to say thank you for your support. You will get to know fellow VIPs, and enjoy a fun (and free) night on the riverfront!

Music Box Supper Club VIP Membership is active for a one-year period. A renewal notice will be emailed 4 weeks prior to your anniversary date. Your membership must be active to access VIP benefits. Tickets to VIP events are subject to availability. VIP Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
