Unless you already have tickets to a show, you can only create an Etix account when you buy tickets to a concert.

Your VIP membership will be automatically transferred over to Etix. When you go to the Music Box website and click BUY TICKETS, you will select the VIP Member buying path (as usual) and from there the Etix system will recognize your VIP member code as a member of our VIP program.
If it is your first visit since the system switch, you will need to update your password. Then each time you go to buy tickets, you will enter your VIP Membership ID.
You will continue to get all the benefits of the membership program including the ‘pick-a-seat’ functionality. Most importantly, as a VIP member, you will continue to not pay any service charges when you buy tickets. A huge savings!

You will enter your code as you log in, Etix will recognize you, and all your tickets will already be in your account.

Yes! We have ordered the new cards, and we will mail them out during the month of March. So, watch your mail!
No, there is no app. When you purchase tickets online, or over the phone, you will be able to setup an account under your email address during the ticketing process, or you can check out as a guest. This is the same approach many shopping websites use these days. After you purchase your tickets, the system will automatically send the tickets to your email address. You can show that e-ticket to gain entry right from your phone when you arrive, or you can print the e-ticket and bring the copy with you. You can also easily forward individual tickets via email to the friends and family who are coming to join you at the show.
Tickets will be emailed to you automatically after you make a purchase. Tickets selected for will call will be available at the Box Office on the day of the show when doors open. If you chose to setup an account, the tickets will also be in your account, which you can access either from the Music Box website or by clicking this link!
Much like our current system, we can still print your ticket from the box office if you forget your physical ticket. Make sure to bring a valid source of identification.
Etix will only recognize your username if you have tickets to an upcoming show. If you’ve bought tickets with us before but don’t have any tickets to a show in the future, you’ll need to create an account when next buying tickets.
