Server Assistant

Summary of Position

Clears tables and prepares area for next guests. Assists servers with delivering food.

Reports To

Executive Chef and Floor Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Must also be responsible
• Must have a flexible schedule, including being able to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to lift 25-50lbs when helping with floor resets (exceptions will be made)
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be outgoing, friendly, and personable
