Line Cook

Summary of Position

Assists in the kitchen in cooperation with the rest of the staff. Prepares food and maintains a cleanly environment.

Reports To

Executive Chef

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Experience handling a broiler in a restaurant setting.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards
  • Understand and follow proper cooking times to produce food according to specifics.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and utensils and keep them clean and well maintained.
