What is a Music Box Gift Card?

A Music Box Gift Card is the perfect gift for every occasion! The gift card can be used like a debit card until the value has been fully redeemed. The card must be presented at the restaurant or the box office in order to be redeemed. A Music Box gift card cannot be used for phone or online purchases. It can only be used for purchases made at the Music Box venue.

What is the value of a Music Box Gift Card?

Gift cards are available for purchase in $25 increments on our website or over the phone, and for any denomination in person at our box office.

What can I use a Music Box Gift Card for?

The gift card can be used to purchase concert tickets, food, beverage, tax and gratuity at Music Box. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the value reaches zero. The card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

When can I use my Gift Card? Does it ever expire?

Music Box Gift Cards are not valid until one day after the date of purchase. There are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.

How do I check the balance on my Music Box Gift Card?

You can call the Box Office to check the balance on your card.

If I don’t use the entire amount on my gift card, what happens?

Any amount not used stays on your gift card until it is used. You can use the remaining balance on your card at your next visit to the Music Box.

Can I re-load my Music Box Gift Card?

Yes, you can add value to a Music Box gift card at any time by visiting our Box Office. You cannot add value on line or by phone, only in person at our Box Office.

Can I use my gift card to pay for private parties, catering events?

Unfortunately, no. Music Box Gift Cards cannot be used for payments of private parties and catering events.

Can you replace my Music Box Gift Card if I lose it?

Please protect your gift card like cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
