Why you should see this show…
Hello City is the Northeast’s premier live tribute to Barenaked Ladies. The band is comprised of members of some of Western New York’s top original and cover bands. Collectively, the band has decades of experience playing live shows at the region’s top venues, festivals, and events – and has sold out nearly every venue they’ve performed at since first hitting the stage with this group in 2020. Enjoy a deep set list that spans the entire BNL catalog including classic live show mashups and antics!
Hello City Bio
Jim Marconi (lead vocals) – With years of performing on stages across the region under his belt, Jim is a total vocal Jedi that you absolutely need to hear. We like to think he sounds juuuuust a little like Steven Page.
Brandon Sheffer (lead vocals/guitar) – Brandon can spit the lyrics and sing the lines, just like Ed! Brandon has been playing to crowds for more than half of his life, with experience performing at venues and festivals across the northeast.
Ben Overmyer (bass) – Ben has logged loads of time on stage performing in various tribute acts, performing music from bands such as “No Doubt”, “Vulfpeck” and more. Ben is solid as a rock with the low tones.
Alf Encina (drums) – Alfie is probably best known for the hilarious memes he posts on Facebook, but he is also a super solid drummer, with years behind the kit performing in both original & cover bands. We’re lucky to have him!
Adam Whiting (keys) – Adam is our mad scientist on the keys! He adds the samples and sounds that tickle your earholes from all your favorite BNL songs.
