Consider that we are all over the age of 67, since this was our 50th high school reunion! They were hooked by the venue! The ambiance created by the wall of windows looking out on the Cuyahoga River, the professionalism of all staff from the reception area to the sound technician, to the wait staff, to the cooks, and the bartenders. And all the food choices were spot on!
The Tech Guy accommodated our ’70s R&B and line dance music requests and really seemed to enjoy himself. Lauren Markham has been an outstanding Music Box contact throughout the past year. She has been highly professional and especially patient with us! The reunion committee had to admit that Music Box was an excellent choice. Overall, our classmates declared this to be the best event for the entire weekend! They partied sooooooooo hard that many did not even know it was raining Friday night! Thank you, Music Box, for helping to make the John F. Kennedy Senior High School of Cleveland, Ohio, Class of 1974 Fiftieth Reunion spectacular!
When I started looking for venues for the Rhodes Class of 1978 reunion, the Music Box was one of my top selections.
The location is beautiful, and the options for using the spaces and food menu were exactly what I was looking for. Lexi met with me initially and showed me the options available for rental. Lauren picked up my account and helped me finalize the date, setup, food, and every other detail I could imagine. Everyone from The Music Box that I worked with were outstanding. Lauren, Jordan, and Mike were amazing, from helping with picking out and staggering the food, to splitting the bill between our accounts, to making sure the audio and video was set up and ready to go. The night of the event was seamless – the table and signs were set up in the entry hall, the video playlist was on every screen available,
The venue itself is fantastic and unique and a wonderful performance space for the hired entertainer. The food was excellent, and the servers were highly attentive. Lauren’s oversight was outstanding throughout the entire process. Our guests all had a fabulous time. The ability to be inside and outside was such a bonus, with the weather cooperating. I loved every minute!!! I would definitely give the experience 5 stars!
What a fabulous rehearsal dinner we had at the Music Box Supper Club!
Everyone loved it! The private event room looked amazing, the food was great, & the attached outdoor private deck space on the river was beyond spectacular complete with a lake freighter & beautiful lighting as the Flats lit up at night.
After dinner, we were able to open the sliding doors of our private room to have the added pleasure of hearing a band playing cool music in the main restaurant room. There was plenty of space for guests to happily mingle inside & out. It was a very Cleveland experience! Out of town and in town guests were loving it!
The staff was so kind & helpful all night! Not to mention the ease of planning the entire event beforehand. Ricky was so friendly, helpful, & accommodating!

Lauren did an amazing job in creating a magical evening for our Rehearsal Dinner Celebration. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was organized, kept us updated on every change and answered all of our requests and questions in a timely, informative, and always extremely pleasant manner. She did a wonderful job in creating a floor plan for the evening that created an intimate atmosphere for our guests of all ages. Our guests were welcomed into a Secret Garden. Everyone at Music Box was friendly, accommodating and helpful and Lauren kept the evening running per our timeline in a smooth seamless manner. Many of our guests were from out of town and were so impressed with the venue, the service, the delicious food and the magical atmosphere of the evening and being riverfront in the City. For some of our local guests, it was also a unique first time experience along the water. Lauren made sure everyone was comfortable and well served. We did not want the evening to end. I cannot think of any bumps in the road that evening. I would highly recommend Music Box to all my friends. It is such a beautiful unique venue and we were thrilled with everything about the evening, as were our guests. Lauren did an incredible job and receives our highest praise!!
I am very pleased that I chose the Music Box for my daughter’s bridal shower. The food was excellent, the servers were wonderful and attentive. We received many compliments and the guests absolutely enjoyed the ambiance and the view. Everyone walked away with a smile on their face. Thank you for a very memorable experience that will last a lifetime!

And I sure want to thank the event manager, Andy, for helping me work out the logistics and event overall. I’d recommend him personally, and the Music Box to friends and co-workers anytime. My thanks to the entire team that helped deliver the superior service and downright fun evening for our guests and my wife.
