music box packages

We allow group tours to create and customize their packages with either the Music Box Soundtrack Package or the Music Box Live Performance Package. Our Live Music option allows you to choose your music if your event takes place at a time when we don’t have a Music Box concert already scheduled.

soundtrack – basic package

During your visit to Cleveland take in a meal and the gorgeous views at the riverfront Music Box Supper Club while enjoying a specially curated playlist of a music legend’s best-known songs. You pick the artist- we’ll choose the tunes.

live performance – upgrade package

Or, while in Cleveland, revel in an intimate live performance from homegrown talent or one of our regional or national acts – all while enjoying a meal and the Music Box Supper Club’s gorgeous riverfront views. If a concert is scheduled, your group can attend (with the other fans) for the $10 Live Music option price.

Reservations

All groups must reserve in advance to receive the group rates. Please make your reservation at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the group’s arrival by contacting Felecia via email at felecia@musicboxcle.com or phone at (216) 242-1250 X3. Reservations subject to availability. Standard group benefits are available to groups of 50 or more.

Final Payment

No deposit is required to hold your group’s reservation. Final payment, guest count, and meal choices are due ten (10) business days in advance of the group’s arrival. Based on availability, we will try to accommodate group headcount changes up to seven (7) business days in advance of the group’s arrival. Please note that this is due to the current supply chain issues we are facing.

Cancellation

Music Box will provide a full refund for cancellations of group tour events only if we receive written notice of the cancellation at least seven (7) business days prior to the group’s reserved tour date and if full payment has already been received by Music Box. Music Box will not provide a refund of any amount if actual attendance is less than the confirmed final count or for written notice of cancellation received less than seven (7) days prior to a group’s reserved tour date.

supper club

If your event plan includes live music, space for business exhibitor tables, or a must-have area for large training sessions, the Supper Club is an ideal option. This space is also a popular choice for weddings.

private dining room

Our private dining room provides the perfect atmosphere for your small-scale event. Access to a large media screen and separate A/V make this a great space for conducting business presentations.

This unique space can be configured for a reception and dining event. Guests have a great view of the stage and separate loge access.

Our Concert Hall is a premier venue for weddings, formal business meetings, private parties and large group dinners. This spaces also boasts direct access to the riverfront rooftop deck.

riverview

Located within the Concert Hall, Riverview provides an outstanding backdrop for your next cocktail reception. Views of downtown paired with a high-end sound system and deck access make this space a popular choice.

If outdoor fun is more your speed, we offer amazing river and lake views for your guests. And, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, the deck has the capability to be fully tented.
