When you book your fundraiser at Music Box you receive complimentary access to the attached green room. If you have employees who are helping to set up or work your event is can make the perfect place to change or store belongings.
Staying within budget is important, especially when proceeds from your fundraiser benefit a charitable cause. Our event staff can create a mouthwatering menu that is both affordable and unforgettable.
You won’t find a sound system like ours anywhere else in Cleveland. Our state of the art A/V and sound equipment work seamlessly together,while our onsite expert sound engineer will guide your production from start to finish. No matter what activities you have planned for the evening our expert will be on site to make sure everything goes off without a glitch.
Parking is easily accessed at Music Box. With several self-park lots nearby, guests will find it easy to park their own vehicle and walk to Music Box. During the summer guests can also access Music Box via the Metroparks water taxi, which travels frequently between the east and west bank of the flats.
We know just how hectic planing everything can be. Our in house Corporate & Civic Events Manager can help. When you book an event at Music Box the services of our corporate events manager are included free of charge. We will work with you to create your menu, create a timeline of events for the evening, and much more.

If outdoor fun is more your speed, we offer amazing river and lake views for your guests. And, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, the deck has the capability to be fully tented.
