I would rate our experience with the Music Box as a 5 star experience. I am still on cloud 9 after our son’s incredible Bar Mitzvah. The party was absolutely everything I wanted and, most importantly, exactly what my son dreamed of. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They made sure my husband and I always had a drink and food. They continually checked in with us throughout the night to ensure we were happy. Our guest really enjoyed the food and it was all displayed perfectly. The venue was beautiful and really showcased the best part of Cleveland. Everyone was wowed by the boats going through the channel and the rooftop view. Our Event Manager from the Music Box, Lauren, was incredible. She was always professional, responsive and worked with us and our budget to provide an amazing party for us and our guests. A vast majority of the people we have spoken to since the event have told us that it was THE BEST party that they have ever been to. Our friends are still raving about the venue. We’ll call you in 3 years for our daughter’s! 🙂 Thank you very much for helping to provide such a milestone event in our family’s lives.

You helped us create an unforgettable celebration for our friends and family.  The service was terrific – many of the servers said something positive to me or Kelly which made us feel good.  And the food was delicious.  I tried as many of the food items as I could get my hands on … and the gazpacho shooters, ceviche, barramundi and leg of lamb all rated very high on my list of foods I enjoyed.

The party was so above & beyond. I think every single person called me to thank me again and tell me what a great party and especially how great the venue was. What a perfect night. And please let the chef know that the food was amazing. Absolutely delicious.
